A train reserved specifically for cherry transport left Yantai in Shandong. The cherry harvest in Shandong was abundant. This special train helps farmers to distribute their cherries throughout the country. The high speed rail and SF Express jointly launched the specialized cherry transport under the motto "high speed rail quickly delivers". The cherries leave Shandong from Ji'nan, Qingdao, and Yantai. They arrive the next day in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen, Changsha, or Chongqing. The high speed rail delivers Shandong cherries to 14 major cities throughout China. The transport capacity of high speed rail increased by 177% in comparison with last year.
