From May 27th, Netto will be offering mini-herb gardens for local cuisine in all branches nationwide. The special feature: The pot, which is planted with four herbs, consists of 100 percent recyclable plastic and is wrapped in an environmentally friendly paper bag. Fans of fresh herbs can choose between two variants with their green thumbs - "Grill" and "Salat".
The mini herb gardens are available in the promotions week at €1.99. Those who want to prepare dips and marinades for the barbecue, can pick red shrub basil, thyme, oregano and rosemary from the "Grill" pot. If you want to refine your salad with fresh herbs, you can simply pick parsley, chives, blood steamer and pimpernelle from the "Salad" pot. All herbs are cultivated in Germany.
