China officially increased tariffs on some US products on June 1st

According to announcement no. 3 of the customs committee of the Chinese State Council, the customs tariffs on some US products were increased on June 1st, 2019. The committee shared a list of products imported from the USA worth around 60 billion USD. The tariffs for different types of products increased by 25%, 20%, and 10%. Another list of products previously subject to a 5% tariff rise are now being subjected to an additional 5% tariff increase.
