The production season of Chinese cherries is in full swing. The current product quality is not bad at all. Mr. Wang Lei of Lei Lei Farm gave his view on the Chinese cherry market: "We produce our own cherries in Shaanxi. The product quality is quite good this year, and our cherries are larger than the cherries from other orchards. In the end, the production volume from our cherry trees is limited, but the product quality is good and the cherries are large. We have invested much time and energy in production and quality control to guarantee the optimum quality and flavor for our cherries. Furthermore, we place paper bags around the fruit early in the season to protect the cherries from insects and guarantee the best possible growing environment."

"The cherry production season is quite brief. Cherries only appear on the market for one month under regular conditions. We have just begun to harvest our cherries. We mainly sell them through our own online shop. Our aim is to optimize transport efficiency and the degree of freshness upon arrival. We use air freight to transport our cherries. In this way we can guarantee that our cherries are transported on the same day as they are harvested. These fragrant and flavorful cherries can reach the consumer on the next day. To deliver fresh cherries directly from the plantation to the table of the consumer is one of our main goals."

"We have different cherry varieties, including red cherries, heart-shaped cherries, and yellow cherries. The size and flavor is different for each variety, but all of them meet our high quality standards. In addition to cherries, we also produce peaches, baby pumpkins, kiwi fruit, apples, and persimmon."
