A new cutting machine with 14 cutting stations

The objective of Urschel International is to cut vegetables in an increasingly effective way reducing waste to a minimum. At Macfrut, the company presented a cutting machine boasting 14 cutting stations compared to the traditional 8.

"The 14 cutting stations improve efficiency making processing faster with larger yields and fewer waste," explains sales manager Mario Molino.

The cutting mechanism at the heart of the machine also features another innovation: the blades can be replaced easily via a lever.
