Bio-Award to be handed out for the sixth time

Bio Ernte Styria to pick 'national organic farm'

Bio Ernte Styria has started the search for organic farmers of the year with its partners ORF Radio Styria and Styria Beef. For the sixth time, the popular award will be handed out. We are looking for organic farmers who, for example, deal with the conservation of old breeds and varieties, specifically look after hedgerows or biotopes, produce culinary specialties, pursue alternative energy concepts or are active specifically with humus structures, are concerned -in addition to the agriculture- with knowledge transfer, facilitate their daily work with innovative ideas and solutions or are engaged in the broader social sphere.

Until May 6, you will have the opportunity to vote for the three finalists. Details on the companies and the opportunity to vote can be found at www.bio-award.at/steiermark.
