STEF accelerates its development in Belgium

STEF has announced the creation of an extension for its transport site dedicated to fresh food products located southwest of Brussels. This operation is in line with the Group's desire to strengthen its national and international cross-docking services offer.

Located 25 km from the capital, the STEF Transport Saintes site increases its capacity by 50 %, bringing the total positive cooling platform (+2°C / +4°C) to 7,500 m². The additional space of 2,500 m² provides greater fluidity between national distribution and export activities to Europe. It also offers a storage activity at +2°C / +4°C.

Gauthier Morel, Managing Director of STEF Belgium, said: "This extension marks our status as a leading player in the transport and logistics sector dedicated to fresh food products in Belgium. It allows us to respond even more agilely and competitively to our customers daily needs and to support them in their development."

STEF Belgium has 400 employees and 4 sites: one in Brussels (urban delivery), two in Saintes (cross-docking and logistics) and one in Courcelles (logistics).
