On 1 April, the Netherlands gained a new trading company in the dried tropical fruit and nut sector - Maejor Nuts. Traders, Joost Boone, and Hilbert van Hasselt have joined forces. "We hope to be able to fulfil everyone's wishes in the area of nuts, seeds, and dried tropical fruit."
These newcomers to the nut trading sector offer a wide assortment of nuts, seeds, and dried tropical fruit. "We have a global network of selected, trustworthy suppliers. Thanks to them, we can offer high-quality, certified products at fair prices," says Joost.
Maejor Nuts will focus on the European market, from wholesalers to processors. "We are trying to distinguish ourselves by being flexible. For example, it is possible for clients to order mixed pallets. Nowadays, this is not always a given," the nut trader says.
"We received nice reactions from the market on our start. We would love to make contact with new, and existing, clients. This will be during the upcoming events in Germany, France, and Switzerland. A sustainable, personal relationship with clients and suppliers is a 'Maejor' deal for us", concludes Joost.
