Village Farms said it is offering consumers two new recipes for their spring table this year. The recipes feature two of Village Farms’ most loved tomato varieties, Maverick Mix® and the 100 percent authentic Heavenly Villagio Marzano®.

Village Farms is encouraging to get the kids involved in more than just an egg hunt and chocolate eating this Easter. "Have a healthy, yet hearty, breakfast with adorable individual hash brown nests filled with scrambled eggs and topped with Maverick Mix® roasted tomato 'Easter eggs'," the company said.
Another recipe involves creating stuffed tomato tulip centerpieces featuring Heavenly Villagio Marzano® tomatoes. According to Village Farms, they’re a great fresh spring appetizer.
The company recently added their Heavenly Villagio Marzano® and Maverick Mix® varieties to their certified organic offerings as well. These new items will be offered in 10 oz. and 1 lb. topseal containers with earthy designs.
