With the port of Sète, the Conhexa group has now added a new entry point, after Dunkirk, for the fruit and vegetable flow destined for southern Europe. Thanks to this new tool, the group is able to provide a full logistics service from the ship to the final customer, including the reception, quality control, storage and shipping of fresh products under controlled temperatures (30°F to 64°F).
“Discover a port with considerable assets: a refrigerated terminal of 247,570 square feet, the flexibility of the port workforce able to respond effectively to the constraints of perishable flows, the multimodality of its terrestrial services, an excellent geographical location in the Mediterranean close to the main maritime routes, and the presence of a SIVEP to control for phytosanitary products.”
