Brittany and the Regional Chamber of Agriculture (CRAB) support BreizhCop

During an organized visit of the UCPT cooperative with the new president of the CRAB, André Sergent, the Brittany region and the Regional Chamber of Agriculture affirmed their commitment to BreizhCop.

This investment will go toward the development of renewable energies on the farms, to gain autonomy and move towards energy self-consumption. The region wants to support the development of a balanced methanization model, based on a biogas label (breizh métha), and also to promote micro-methanization. Finally, the implementation of the forest-wood program, through a sector contract recently signed between the government, the region and the professionals, and the replanting of trees as part of Breizh forest, are all fully in line with the goals of BreizhCop.
