Martico sl, the third reefer forwarder in Europe headquartered in Valencia, Spain, particularly specialized in handling reefer and frozen commodities (meat, fish, vegetables, eggs) has acquired an important participation in Clerici Logistics, an historical, Genoa based, logistics company active in the fresh fruit business.
The joint venture will operate under the name of Martico Clerici srl.
Thanks to the aggregation of the reciprocal know-how in the respective fields, and supported by a fast growing dedicated own international network, Martico Clerici counts to sensibly expanding its services and its geographical presence.
Martico Clerici - which already operates in all major Italian ports - will benefit of Martico’s own international network in Belgium, France, Germania, Holland, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Turkey, Egypt and South America.
Alfonso Clerici, who remains as a shareholder, has been confirmed President and Managing Director.
