"The control of the internal and external quality of fruits and vegetables is carried out both at origin and destination. Our quality control team travels either to the handling warehouses, in the case of the controls at origin, or to the ports or distribution platforms, in the case of controls at destination. The quality of the product is then checked and the corresponding report is issued in real time to our clients via our own app, which is only accessible to our technicians," explains Carmen Nicolás, CEO of Just Quality.

"In the case of perishable products, the time it takes to collect information is vital. This app provides our customers with real-time data in every country in which we operate. The service is used with all products traveling over long distances, while for short distances, berries and vegetables are the most commonly checked," explains Carmen Nicolás.
