May to update MPs on Brexit deal

After a weekend where MPs allegedly plotted to oust the Prime Minister, and the British people demonstrated in London for a 2nd vote on the referendum  Theresa May will meet with MPs this morning to update them on her latest Brexit plans.

Her deal has already been rejected in the Commons twice, and it remains unclear whether she will bring it back a third time this week after she wrote to MPs saying she would only do so if there was "sufficient support", but the speaker of the House of Commons has said he will not allow a vote on the same motion.

Meanwhile, the EU has said it is "increasingly likely" the UK will leave without a deal on 12 April.
