Catalytic Generators and sister company, QA Supplies are sponsoring the UC Postharvest Technology Center Fruit Ripening & Ethylene Management Workshop for the 11th year April 2-3, 2019.
“Sponsoring this event allows our business to support the amazing efforts of the UC Davis Postharvest Technology Center! Furthermore, it’s all about what we do,” said Greg Akins, President & CEO of Catalytic Generators. Both companies have sponsored the UC Postharvest Technology Center Fruit Ripening & Ethylene Management Workshop since 2008.

Participants of the workshop come from all over the world. Topics discussed in previous years include the importance of ripening programs, ripening facilities and equipment, temperature management, fruit development, maturity and quality relationships, and the biology of ethylene production.
