“Encouraging situation for Moroccan products on the French market”

The import-export specialist JMF Partenariat, headquartered in Perpignan, is focused, among others, on Moroccan products on the French market. According to Yvan Cancer, sales representative within the company, Moroccan products definitely have their place on the French market, depending on the seasons. “When the French and Spanish products are not or less available, the fruits and vegetables from Morocco are highly solicited.”

Yvan adds that Moroccan products can provide important volumes. “This enables us to plan the volumes with the retailers.” The company offers its own brands. “Our Moroccan products are marketed under the brand Caméléon, and we sell the Trésor des Saisons brand in France, Spain and Belgium.”

JMF Partenariat is established in several European countries, including France (Perpignan and Arras), Belgium (Roeselare) and Spain (Almeria). It offers both a conventional and an organic selection, and sells about 23,000 tons of products a year. Most products are sold on the French market, in Switzerland, Italy and Great-Britain. For the moment, the “zeal strike” in Calais has not caused the company any problems yet.

JMF Partenariat will attend MedFEL 2019.
