Since mid-November, Früchte Feldbrach GmbH from Munich has been offering a diverse range of regionally cultivated cresses. Under the label Munich Micros, the sprouts are offered on the wholesale market. At that time the product line was only available on pre-order, while various processes were optimized. "This means that after the order, the goods are cut by the producer the same evening and either come to us first or they will be delivered to the customer directly the next morning, explains Andre Bukethal.
Due to the regional production and state-of-the-art cultivation technology, the interest in the new product line has been 
encouraging so far, adds Bukethal. "The goods are packed right after being harvested, and they are ready for consumption in their bowls, which are available in different units from 16g up to large packages." The goods are delivered primarily to bulk consumers and restaurateurs in the Munich metropolitan area. Bukethal: "Together with our partner Hausladen, we are the exclusive marketer at the wholesale market, so we already have an interesting unique selling point through the partnership."

Colorful mini radishes
At this time of year and in early spring, colorful and visually beautiful fresh products are always very much in demand. In addition to regional production, the gastronomy supplier is also supplying the first spring products of the year: "Red and white mini radishes. Colorful goods like these are increasingly seen in retail in recent years."
