Perfect to make soup

Fresh vegetables in glass jars

Life Soup is a mix of seasonal vegetables available as 5 different recipes and ready to cook. A product like this was lacking in the vegetable segment and Agroama presented it in Berlin.

"The main characteristic of our soup is that it is made of fresh vegetables placed in a glass jar. There are 5 recipes, 4 of which change according to the season. The vegetables are fresh, uncooked and not frozen and the glass preserves their organoleptic qualities," explains Agroama president Cristiano Pallavicino.

Soups can be made in a pan or in the microwave in just 8 minutes simply by adding water.

"The products will be available for sale in March. Each jar comes with a label listing the ingredients and providing instructions on how to prepare the soup. All the materials used are recyclable: glass, aluminium cap and paper."
