This collaboration plays to both companies’ strengths, with GP Graders providing world leading grading technology and A&B Packing supplying the automated packing machinery.
A&B Packing Ltd from Lawrence, Michigan, USA are known for their high speed automatic packing solutions for small fresh produce such as blueberries, cherries and cherry and grape tomatoes. Their recently introduced Fulcrum fresh harvester for blueberries has gained immediate market success. GP Graders from Melbourne, Australia specialise in vision grading solutions for small fresh produce such as blueberries, cherries and cherry and grape tomatoes.
Both companies offer turnkey grading and packing solutions to customers and both companies have a strong sales and support presence in South and North America, Australia and Europe. The focus of the partnership is primarily on blueberry machinery.
“I visited Australia and met with the GP Graders team, saw where they are heading with designs and technology, then visited a blueberry machine in operation. The agreement between A&B Packing and GP Graders covers the US, Chile and Peru, Europe and Australia.
