Fresh Jiangnan and Fruit Seeker signed an agreement on January 25th, 2019. Mr. Ye Canjiang, chairman of the board at Fresh Jiangnan, announced: "Fresh Jiangnan and Guangzhou-based Fruit Seeker have signed an agreement. The B2B supply chain services and relevant personnel of Fruit Seeker will be incorporated in Fresh Jiangnan." Wu Xiaobo, founder of Fruit Seeker, was appointed CEO of Fresh Jiangnan and became one of the shareholders of that company.
Fresh Jiangnan operates according to a POP (open platform) model. Suppliers (selling party) can use the platform of Fresh Jiangnan to place their products online, set up storage, set the price, and sell their products; clients (buying party) order directly through the platform and complete their transaction.
