Biocoop is giving TV advertising a try

Founded some 30 years ago, Biocoop has over 400 stores on the French market. Working for the development of a sustainable organic agriculture, the company has for the first time invested in a TV commercial in order to share its commitments with the slogan: “Bio brings us together.”

Biocoop wishes to highlight its commitments and actions such as bulk sales, opening stores in rural areas to maintain social relations, or its cooperative model which involves farmers, producers, consumers, as well as store managers. “On this increasingly competitive market, we must show how we distinguish ourselves by contributing to a healthy and sustainable growth,” explains Orion Porta, CEO of Biocoop. We must highlight what we do, justly convey our engagement as a militant, responsible and citizen network, and we need to outline, in a simple and indisputable way, the difference between ‘biological’ referring to organic farming according to strict specifications and ‘biological’ referring to a more general cultural trend for the respect of nature and the whole food chain from the cattle or the forest to the consumers.”

The ad will be broadcast during peak hours on several TV channels.
