Spain: beginning of the harvest in the streets of Valencia

The municipal services have started harvesting the oranges of the city’s 6,110 trees. This campaign will last until mid-March, as confirmed by the Councillor for the Environment, Pilar Soriano.

10 municipal agents will carry out this manual harvest for 27 days, but most of the work will be done by a vibrating tractor that can treat 100 orange trees per day, requiring a team of 8 operators.
