2. This year's garlic stocks are large. Although the garlic came out of the storage early this year, it started to be sold out in September. It has been sold for nearly 4 months now, but the amount of garlic in the remaining stock is still very large. There are still one and half months before the Spring Festival and it is the time that garlic consumption is large, and the volume is expected to increase further. There are still more than three months of sales time after the Chinese New Year and garlic sales are nowhere near complete. The garlic sales situation is still not optimistic.
3. January is the peak period of garlic exports, and next week is also the peak period of phased purchases. The export volume of garlic has increased.
4. After New Year's Day there will a peak in the garlic trade. The sales enthusiasm of the store will be improved. With such a large inventory, the expectation is for garlic in storage to be sold out before the Spring Festival. Although the consumer market has entered its peak period, the merchants do not fear a lack of goods because of the large volume, which makes it difficult for the price of garlic to rise. Judging from the current inventory, if there is no extreme weather in the future, the garlic market will not have a big improvement.
Based on the above analysis, it is predicted that there will be no major changes in garlic prices next week, and the volume of transactions will still rise slightly.
