Colombia: Pilot unscathed after crashing his plane in a banana farm

A pilot who was flying a small plane over banana plantations in Magdalena, Colombia, fell to the ground and survived the accident unscathed.

Apparently, the aircraft had a mechanical failure that caused a forced landing on a farm in Prado Sevilla, in the Banana Zone.

The plane fell among banana crops and destroyed the crops. The accident occurred at the La Angelina farm, according to an inhabitant of the sector who witnessed it.

The pilot, Pedro Pinilla, did not suffer any injuries, thanks to the skill with which he reacted.
