Chef Martín Berasategui stars in a video broadcast by the Provincial Council of Castellon, in which he recommends consuming citrus from the province and praises the quality and versatility of the oranges grown in it.
The initiative is part of the actions carried out by the provincial institution to promote citrus consumption in Castellon, especially in this time of the year, and within the framework of the strategic program Castelló Ruta de Sabor.
The president of the Provincial Council, Javier Moliner, said that "we know that we have the best oranges in the world, so it makes us proud that Martín Berasategui, one of the best chefs in the world and a great ambassador for our products, is promoting our oranges, so that everyone can learn about their quality."
According to Moliner, "working hand in hand with the Spanish chef with the most Michelin stars could help us put Castellon's oranges in the place they deserve."
In the video, which lasts less than a minute, the chef from San Sebastian has a conversation with his colleague Fernando Navarro, from Nules.
Both praise the qualities of the oranges from Castellon. The chef from San Sebastian even says that "in Martín's kitchen, only oranges from Castellon are used, so I'm not surprised that they love you so much."
