China: Gansu fruit export increased by 74% in first three quarters of 2018

In the first three quarters of 2018, Gansu Province exported 2,873 shipments of fruit with a total value of 830 million yuan [120 million USD], which is an increase of 74% in comparison with the same period last year. Gansu fruit export included 2,708 shipments of apples with an overall value of 760 million yuan [110 million USD],which is an increase of 64.9% in comparison with the same period last year; and 165 shipments of pears with an overall value of 59.4 million yuan [8.6 million USD], which is an increase of 523.9% in comparison with the same period last year.
