Snack Lettuce was designated the most groundbreaking product within the Fresh Produce category. The final 12 products were on display at the Innovation Hub Area of the Fruit Attraction Madrid Fair from 23rd to 25th October.
Snack Lettuce is the first of its kind, fit and ideal as base for different meals: guacamole, ceviche, toppings, etc. Some unique characteristics of this new variety are its tasty and crunchy texture and its exclusive spoon format for all kinds of toppings.
New this year has been the presentation of the first 100% lettuce Wrap. A valuable solution for on the go consumption, there are four different fillings available: tuna, chicken, cabbage humus and cheese.
A great marketing campaign was launched during Fruit Attraction by the Lettuce Snack partners. Several tastings were organised and blogger Verónica Sánchez (#OhMamyBlue) and singer Xuxo Jones promoted the tastiest lettuce spoon, which was hashtagged #eatthespoon during the whole event.
