Bonnysa celebrates 10 years of participation at Fruit Attraction

Home-made gazpacho, hummus and guacamole at thematic and interactive stand

It has been 10 years since Bonnysa Agroalimentaria chose to participate at Fruit Attraction and helped turn it into a flagship international event for the sector. It knew perfectly well what its potential was, with Spain being one of the world's largest fruit and vegetable exporters. As pointed out by Commercial Director Teresa Brotons, "Fruit Attraction is a success for everyone and has become one of the most important events on a global level. This year, we have a larger stand and we have prepared show-cooking activities with a well-known chef and blogger. This will allow the visitors to discover the versatility of our products and their potential, and all in a highly decorative environment."

For some years, part of Bonnysa's activity has been focused on the marketing of fresh cut products, always betting on freshness and the use of products grown by them. For this edition of Fruit Attraction, they are presenting their latest creations, including fresh guacamole (with 96% avocado and all fresh ingredients), which has already become one of the most appreciated by LIDL customers due to its texture and aroma.

Fruit Attraction 2018 will witness the launch of a wide range of hummus. The company has developed recipes that go beyond the most traditional ones, such as "hummus with dried tomato" "spicy hummus" or its more classic version, striving to recreate the most traditional Greek recipe. The range will be complemented with other dry tomato spreads and antipasti recipes, which will allow you to enjoy healthy and tasty meals in just a few minutes.

The firm's gazpachos and salmorejo have lived an intense summer under their new image, La Gazpachera. New recipes have been launched, including gazpacho with beet or watermelon, as well as a new 100% Andalusian gazpacho recipe 100% Andalusian that will surprise the more demanding palates.

The brand-new Bongranade®, a pomegranate drink, will also be showcased at its own space and will be the protagonist of some very surprising and creative live recipes. This product is among those that the company is most proud of, since its unique production process guarantees a high content of punicalagins, and its flavor is better than the one of traditional pomegranate juice. These features have earned it a permanent position in the Gourmet Experience line of El Corte Inglés.

All these activities will be carried out in pavilion 3 (3D01A) of IFEMA during Fruit Attraction 2018.
