This week the Westfalia Fruit Group will be a first-time exhibitor at the PMA Fresh Summit in Orlando, Florida, in the USA, and next week will host visitors at its stand at the Fruit Attraction trade show in Madrid, Spain.
Representatives from the multinational avocado and fruit specialist and its subsidiaries can be found at Booth #1051 during Fresh Summit, taking place at the Orange County Convention Center from 19 to 20 October. Staff from Westfalia’s global businesses in the USA, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Europe, UK and Africa will be available to meet and discuss the requirements of existing and new customers looking for quality produce sourced from suitably accredited operations. The company has a large avocado program and as a result, there will be a strong focus on the integrated value chain that enables the Group to supply avocados throughout the year to both established and developing markets around the world.
A range of other fresh fruit is grown and exported from key production areas in Chile and Peru, including blueberries, pomegranates, apples, grapes, stone fruit, citrus, cherries, mangoes and passion fruit.
In Madrid, guests will be welcomed at stand 9F10 in Hall 9 of the Feria de Madrid, from 23 to 25 October. Here the Group said its global marketing and supply chain capabilities will also be showcased, with representation by members of the European, Latin American and African operations. They will take the opportunity to connect with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, as well as to share some of the latest developments within the Group, including new cultivars and packaging innovations.
