Tunisian farmers demand increased prices

Farmers in Kairouan, Kasserine, Sidi Bouzid and Gafsa demonstrated on Tuesday in front of the government headquarters un Kairouan.

The protesters demanded an increase on the price of processed tomatoes and threatened to boycott tomato plantations this year if their demands were not met.
