Start-up invests in fruit jewellery

The start-up company 'Donovan Ali' from Munich is investing in the sales of jewellery, made of fruit, reports the German website 'myheimat.de'. But what exactly is this?

It's simple: fruits like oranges, kiwis and apples are prepared and made into jewellery. Apparently, the chain of strawberries and wine grapes is particularly loved.

"We have developed a special technique, which is like preparing animals," says Ali Mohamed, the director of Donovan Ali, who is co-founder of the company, along with his American business partner Michael Donovan.
