allied services to bridge gap between product sourcing and end-user products

New website launched for Fruit Dynamics and Gaarde Foodsource

Sister companies Fruit Dynamics Gaarde Foodsource have recently redesigned and launched their company websites to promote and clarify their company services that include raw product sourcing for processing and applied R&D for the fruit and vegetable industry.

Together Gaarde Foodsource and Fruit Dynamics offer interconnected allied services that help bridge the gap between product sourcing and finished end-user products.

In business for nearly 20 years, Gaarde Foodsource has become one of the industry leaders in raw product procurement and sourcing for processors through the United States and Canada. Gaarde Foodsource works closely with their sister organization, Fruit Dynamics, started by Kim Gaarde in 2003. While Gaarde Foodsource starts at the field level by identifying varieties for sourcing, Fruit Dynamics provides applied science with lab-based research on fruit quality analysis and evaluation including new product development, packaging testing, and post-harvest research.

The new website shares information about the company, but also showcases case studies that highlight the practical nature of the businesses and how appropriate varietal sourcing and applied R&D can drive ROI for companies looking to improve their products or bottom line.

“We are both passionate, individually and through our companies, about developing applied knowledge and excellence in plant breeding, fruit production and food processing that will ultimately enhance the end-user and consumer experience,” remarked Kim Gaarde, President of Fruit Dynamics.
