77% of the Spanish people loyal to their supermarket

77% of the Spanish population claims to be very loyal to their supermarket, as evidenced by the latest global Consumer Loyalty report conducted by Nielsen during the first quarter.

Specifically, 20% of the respondents said they would never change brands, while 57% said they wouldn't change brands without a significant incentive. Finally, only 23% of the Spanish people said they weren't loyal to any supermarket store.

Meanwhile, loyalty to online retailers in Spain fell to 57%, with only 11% of the people stating that they would never change brands. The remaining 43% considered they weren't loyal at all to any e-commerce platform.
