Valerie Vanhoutte new CFO Greenyard Foods

Valerie Vanhoutte (1975) from 1 November 2013 has been announced as the new CFO of Greenyard Foods. She follows from Steve D'haene who left the company at the end of August 2013. As CFO she will be responsible for the financial management of Greenyard Foods, as well as investor relations. Valerie Vanhoutte has worked at Greenyard Foods since 2012 and is currently Vice President Finance & Controlling. Before that she previously held various financial positions at Picanol. She started her career by Deloitte.

Marleen Vaesen, CEO van Greenyard Foods, says: 'The appointment of Valerie is important to continue to strengthen the position of Greenyard Foods. We want to grow through organic growth and further consolidate acquisitions. We are also very pleased that we can promote internal talent. This underlines our belief in the training of our own employees.'
