Just as in previous years, a lot of new novelties were on display at the entrance of the PMA Fresh Summit. In the past there was a huge difference between the products available from Europe and North America but in recent years this has no longer been the case. However, more and more local growers from the United States and Mexico have developed special packaging and are growing more special fruit and vegetable varieties to distinguish themselves.
