Agridemur S.L., a company founded in 1996, with over 1,500 hectares in production distributed between the Spanish provinces of Murcia, Almeria and Granada, is specialised in the cultivation of over 20 types of green leafs, which are shipped to the large European processing industries.
With the idea of continuing its expansion throughout the continent, the firm will introduce a new subsidiary, Agridemur Marketing S.L. It will be created as a reflection of the parent company, with knowledgeable staff in possession of many years' experience in various firms of the ready-to-eat salads sector.
The working axis revolves around the meeting of commercial commitments, client-retention, continuity of service, product control from seed to final destination, as well as the accreditation by means of certifications that Food Safety regulations are maintained by all of the company's departments.
In line with the idea of improving the quality of every lettuce produced, the firm has made a large investment in refrigerated trailers, so that all products are immediately put under cold temperature conditions directly after being harvested in order to extend their shelf life. The company has also increased its cooling capacity with a vacuum cooling with a capacity for 10 pallets.
