Walmart acknowledges Agrofruit for its CSR programs

For the first time ever, Walmart awarded an acknowledgement to its tropical fruit suppliers for their excellence in different categories, on the 5th of September in Costa Rica. This is an acknowledgement of the efforts made by companies in their commitment to quality, social responsibility programs, employee safety, innovation, and others.



On this occasion, Agrofruit received the acknowledgement for implementing Social Responsibility programs for the benefit of its workers and the rural communities where it operates. Walmart particularly, acknowledged the Living Wage initiatives implemented, and the health and education programs.
