Argentina: Senasa inscribes citrus fruits batches destined for the EU

Senasa has informed citrus producers who wish to export to EU markets and other markets with similar quarantine restrictions during the 2013-2014 campaign that they must register all the lots intended for production in the office of each delegation.

The registration period will run from September 9 to October 16 this year.

Producers who are exporting citrus to markets in China, the Philippines and oranges to Chile, can also register during this period of time.

Senasa said that informatio for the registration of citrus establishments are available for download at Senasa’s official website www.senasa.gov.ar, as well as in the SITC, link information producers / form.

Producers must submit all the required documentation by the deadline set by the national plant protection organization.
