Spain: Valencia citrus season for Cintaur Group

It's November and that means citrus time at Cinatur Group. The Group has commenced its orange and clementine harvest.

The clementines, say the company, are full of flavour, seedless and easy to peel, whilst the oranges are either Navelines or Salustiana, said to be respectively perfectly balanced and good for juicing.

Cinatur Group emerges as a consortium in 2001, after the union of seven companies of the Valencian region, engaged in the production and export of citrus worldwide.

Members that originally formed the consortium Cinatur are citrus export companies with the same profile and common needs and concerns. They are, they say, a group of companies that share several characteristics: experience in production and in export.

Since its origins the group has expanded to include other products, including red peppers, tomatoes, aubergines, lettuce, cucumbers, and apples and pears.
