"Gruventa promoting the value of the "Spain Brand" in horticulture"

Gruventa's General Manager, Fermín Sánchez Navarro, pointed out that "the Fruit Attraction fair has become a great platform for the horticultural sector to demonstrate the outstanding quality of Spanish products to international clients present for three days in Madrid."

During his visit to Gruventa's stand, the minister of Agriculture, Miguel Arias Cañete, was informed by Fermín Sánchez about the efforts being made to promote the "Spain brand" in horticulture and their full commitment to add even more value to it in the international fruit and vegetable distribution channels.

"We are very satisfied because the minister Arias Cañete appeared to be very receptive and interested in promoting the "Spain brand" in horticulture, and that is very positive for our sector," said Fermín Sánchez.

A stronger international foothold

Gruventa's head also mentioned that "we have held numerous meetings with international clients and we have gained a stronger foothold in markets such as Eastern Europe, Russia and Asia."

Gruventa sells 20,000 tonnes of fruit and vegetables annually, works with 25 production partners scattered all over the country and distributes more than 26 horticultural products through a dozen large international distribution channels.
