Netherlands: Milestone Fresh also active in shipping potatoes and onions

Potatoes and onions have been shipped to worldwide destinations for many years. Milestone Fresh are strongly represented in this sector. "At the moment we offer the complete service. By means of a worldwide network we are in the position to charge very sharp prices and can guarantee sufficient space to ship the cargo quickly as well," general director Co van Es says.

"Not only do we make sure that your containers from the place of loading arrive at the place of destination, but we also look after necessary documentation, such as certificates of Origin, waivers, custom documentation and marine insurance. The only thing the customer still has to do is to give us a date of loading and we co-ordinate the rest," Co explains. "In addition Milestone Fresh are at the moment already in discussion about the coming melon season in Costa Rica. Interested parties are welcome to contact us."
