France: HL Hall International announces Marseille's office opening

HL Hall International, a European leader in the import and distribution of avocado, mango and other exotic fruit, is proud to announce the establishment of a new office in Marseille’s wholesale market.

This new development creates a second platform for Halls in France. Says Paul Devlin, Managing Director of Halls International, "This is a significant step forward, allowing us to service both our customers and global grower partners more effectively throughout the European market."

Devlin reveals that Halls’ new Marseilles site boasts a newly renovated 1000m2 warehouse on site. "We are therefore perfectly positioned to import fruit directly into the region."

The new facility will be headed by Jean de Villiers, who has been appointed Sales Manager. With 30 years’ experience in the fresh produce industry, De Villiers will be responsible for overseeing operations, and is "thrilled" to have joined the Halls team.

"This development consolidates our position, allowing us to bring Halls’ trademark quality and service to this key part of the French territory and the neighbouring Mediterranean countries," he says.
