REV Packaging Solutions introduces Eagle taping machine with integrated price-scale system

REV Packaging Solutions will present its new Eagle automatic taping machine with integrated price-scale system at Macfrut 2018. It was strongly requested by leading melon, mini-watermelon, pineapple, coconut, bananas and bunch vegetable producers, who saw its potential already in 2017.

Thanks to its integrated price-scale system Eagle represents the state-of-the-art in its category. Taping and price-scale operations (which were time-consuming and traditionally required a lot of labour) are finally automated in a single machine.

Eagle is compact and easy to use (also thanks to the touch-scree colour control panel) while also being reliable and easy to maintain.

Eagle can be installed on all existing production lines. Loaders can be placed on both the back or sides of the machine. The produce is transported to the taping station - the machine applies adhesive bands automatically without the need for adjusting.

The price-scale system can be programmed to personalise label content and select weighing options.

Eagle can tape products with a diameter up to 200 mm and a width of 240 mm (530mm if only one loader is used) with no weight limit.

It can process up to 56 pieces per minute and the distributor, which is equipped with a film winder and end-of-tape sensor.
