Two new staff for bio-ag technology company

STK (Stockton), a leading company in the development and marketing of botanical-based food protection solutions, today announced that Nilly Maik has joined the company as Director of Marketing.

Prior to joining STK, Nilly served as Director of Corporate Marketing for IDE Technologies, where she led the company’s international marketing activity, with an emphasis on implementing a digital strategy. Nilly also successfully led the launch of the Carlsbad desalination plant in California, the largest facility of its kind in the Western Hemisphere, and previously established the marketing communications department at Hazera Genetic in Israel.

Guy Elitzur, STK CEO said of her appointment, “Nilly will lead all aspects of marketing, from marketing strategy to the end user level.”.

Nilly holds a BA in Communications and Management from the College of Management, Tel Aviv, an MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University in New York, and a diploma in Digital Analytics from the University of British Columbia in Canada. 

“I look forward to developing STK’s marketing programs, and bringing forth this great company’s thought-leadership in botanical-based solutions (BBS) to advance sustainable agriculture worldwide.”

STK also announced that Iris Mordechai has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Iris will oversee the development and execution of STK’s human resources strategy; retaining top talents; supporting the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, to ensure STK’s unique values and culture will continue to be promoted.

Iris brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this role and we believe she will continue to strengthen our commitment to become an employer of choice in the industry.”

Iris brings to STK over 15 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development. Her previous positions include Senior Director of Human Resources at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.; Human Resources Director at Orbotech; and Human Resources Manager in the Global Product Development Division at Amdocs. Iris holds an M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior from the Faculty of Management in Tel Aviv University.
