The Arava desert (Israel) offers very special growing conditions. Under the crisp blue desert sky, micro leaves are grown and harvested freshly every day.
The Basel farm grows and supplies fresh micro leaves from the company's new Swiss farm, set on the banks of the picturesque river Rhine, where the Swiss, French and German borders meet.
