China: Weinan fruits export July increased

July is considered the transition period for Weinan fruits, which means that new season fruits such as apples, pears, plums and grapes come gradually to the market. This July its fruit sales are very promising, not only its domestic sales volumes continue to go up, but also its export volume. Within this one month, it exported a total of 308 batches of fruit, a year on year increase of 95%, or a month over month increase of 30%. these batches' of fruit are worth 11,5 million US dollars, a year on year increase of 47%, or a month over month increase of 47%.

According to the news from Weinan city Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the fruit quality, enterprise supervision and risk control contributed to the export increase. Moreover, thanks to its success in breaking the technical barriers to trade to Indonesia, its fruit export to Indonesia was recovered. Within the month of July, it exported a total of 28 batches of fruit to Indonesia, worth a value of 1.851 million US dollars.
