JBJ and Veg-Land appoint Elisha Cope

JBJ and Veg-Land have appointed Elisha Cope to their team. She will take on a pivotal role in driving the development and expansion of the company's organic vegetable program, bringing her expertise and passion for the industry to this dynamic initiative.

Cope's addition marks a step forward for JBJ and Veg-Land as they continue to innovate and grow within the organic produce sector. With a career spanning over a decade in agricultural leadership, Cope has built a reputation for her deep industry knowledge and commitment to serving growers and their families. Her role will focus on enhancing the organic vegetable program.

Cope brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having honed her skills across several prominent organizations in the agriculture industry. She began her career with over six years at Cal-Organic, followed by an eight-year tenure at Braga Farms, where she developed a strong foundation in grower relations and operational excellence. Most recently, she served as director of sales and marketing at Lakeside, where she demonstrated her ability to lead strategic initiatives and foster meaningful partnerships. Her comprehensive background equips her with a unique perspective on supporting growers and delivering exceptional value to customers.

Based out of JBJ and Veg-Land's new satellite office in Bakersfield Ca, Cope will have access to all facets of the company's operations, enabling her to collaborate with teams across the organization. Her strategic location will facilitate hands-on engagement with growers, suppliers, and customers.

Cope will join JBJ and Veg-Land at the Global Produce & Floral Show. She and the rest of the team can be found at booth #4197.
