"One of the latest innovations is a combination weighing system for packaging courgettes and peppers, made entirely of stainless steel. The new machine guarantees a high level of delicacy in the handling of produce, as there are no drops between the various steps. The machine consists of 12 weighing cups, driven by a pneumatic system, which feeds the product onto a central belt. Through the application of Bulltec software, the 12 scales determine a combination of weight per portion of product with minimal giveaway."
