Pure Pac grow a range of varieties, the main varieties for export are Santina, Stella, Lapin, Sweetheart, Staccato, Sandra Rose and Romance.
"The weather has been good up until now, we had some rain and wind recently but great cool winter temperatures and high summer temperatures are forecast. Last season was excellent, but previous ones have had some challenges."
The company's main export markets are Taiwan and South East Asia and they expect to export 350MT this season. The cherries are marketed under the Gold Reserve 1863 and Pure Gold brands.
