The XI International Symposium on Kiwifruit will be held in Aotearoa New Zealand on 20-24 February 2024, bringing together attendees from around the world to share cutting-edge research.
Co-hosted by Plant & Food Research and Zespri International, the theme of the Symposium is Diversifying for Future Uncertainty. The programme will include sessions that focus on all aspects of the kiwifruit supply chain, such as genetics and breeding, crop physiology, Psa and plant protection, orchard management, post-harvest and fruit quality, and marketing. Talks will include invited speakers as well as scientific presentations, and attendees will be invited to visit local kiwifruit orchards for technical demonstrations and discussions.
Registration for the conference open on 1 June. Researchers wishing to present their work should submit their abstract before 31 July 2023.
